Chicken Red Karahi Recipe

- 1 kg chicken (small pieces)
- 5 medium tamatar (finely chopped ya blended)
- 3 tablespoon adrak lehsan paste
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon haldi powder
- 2 tablespoon lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chili for color)
- 1 teaspoon crushed kali mirch
- 1 tablespoon crushed dhania
- 1 teaspoon zeera powder
- Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
- 4 hari mirch sliced
- 1 tablespoon adrak julienne (patli strips)
- 1/2 cup fresh hara dhania
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoon makhan ya ghee

Ammi ne chamach chalate hue kaha, “Chicken ko pehle achhi tarah fry karna bohat zaroori hai. Is se iska taste aur texture dono better hote hain.” Dheere dheere chicken ka color pink se halka golden hona shuru hua.
Ab adrak lehsan paste add kiya gaya. Jaise hi paste oil aur chicken ke sath mix hua, ek zabardast khushbu kitchen mein phail gayi. Sab ghar walay kitchen ki taraf dekhne lage. Chhote bachay bhi poochne lage, “Khana kab ready hoga?”

Makhan garam karahi mein melt hone laga aur gravy ko aur bhi rich aur shiny bana diya. Ye woh moment tha jahan Red Karahi apni final form mein aa gayi thi.
